Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must go through our official return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

We do not charge a restocking fee. However, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

How to Return a Product

  1. Submit a Return Request

    Complete the Return Request Form on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a brief description and reason for the return. If damaged or defective, include clear photos.

  2. Approval & Packaging

    After we approve your request, securely package the item(s) and send them to the return address provided. Please email the return tracking number for faster refund processing.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged unless defective.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@trypeachybliss.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, we’ll send a refund to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if covered by Peachy Bliss.

  • If the item is worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
